Our DNA
Our Mission:
To develop fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ who will reach, serve, and build into others’ lives for the glory of God.
Our Core Values:
Worship: We celebrate and give glory to God for who He is and what He has done.
Prayer: We enjoy a personal relationship with a personal God.
Diving Deep: We study God’s Word to know Him more.
Gospel Living: We love, serve, and give in response to Christ, who loved, served and gave to us.
Evangelism: We proclaim the good news of the Kingdom of God, which we obtain by grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ.
Our 5 G’s:
Crossroads 5 G’s are designed to help you take those next step to becoming a fully devoted follower of Jesus.
1. Grace: We understand that God’s love for us and relationship to us is not based upon anything we have done, rather his love and pursuit of us flows from his immeasurable love—despite human sin and rebellion.
2. Growth: We understand that in response to God’s grace in the Gospel, we seek to grow in spiritual maturity by reading and meditating upon his Word, spending time with him and prayer, and gathering with other believers for mutual encouragement.
3. Group: We understand that gathering with other believers is essential to one’s faith journey; however, because of our individualistic and isolated culture, gathering on Sunday mornings is often inadequate, and we desire to see believers gathering in smaller groups for encouragement, accountability, prayer, study, and worship.
4. Gifts: We understand that as the body of Christ (the Church), a variety of spiritual gifts have been given for the common good; as a result, we, as believers, endeavor to strengthen and develop the body as we seek the Kingdom of God.
5. Giving: We understand that our lives and possessions are not our own; instead, we are caretakers, seeking to faithfully manage and generously distribute the variety of resources that God has entrusted to us.
